FOR CUSTOMERS IN KUWAIT:

• For OCCASIONS/EVENING wear, the customer has 24 hours only for return or exchange. 
• Returned products must be in their original packaging, new, unused NO smell and apparels with Agatea tag should be still attached and the original invoice.
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Once our team confirm that the order meet the return policy The customer will receive the refund in full amount he paid , if the order meet the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Sale items are not refundable.

For customers outside Kuwait:

• Kindly note that we do not accept returns/exchange for international orders.
